The following error will appear when a backlog will be opens

There was a SQL exception thrown by the active Objects library: database: - name: Microsoft Sql Server - version: 11.00.3156 - minor version 0 - major version 11 Driver - name: jTDS Type 4 JDBC Driver for MS SQL Server and Sybase - version 1.3.1 java.sqlExeption: Unable to create connection

It is what the error message says - it can't connect to your database for some reason.  Have a look around the error in the log - there should be more about it.
