"Add Shortcut" on sidebar popups "Add an item to this project" tile that doesn't work

Hello, 

The add shortcut functionality recently broke. On the side bar if I click the add shortcut button I get an extra popup that asks if I want to add a Shortcut, Repository or turn on/off project pages. Clicking on shortcut or repository makes the popup go away but it won't let me add the shortcut. I have tried different browsers (chrome and edge ) and the behaviour is the same. We use this all the time so it was working at some point.

On projects that already have shortcuts created on them I get the same issue, but if I click edit on an existing shortcut, then cancel. Next time I click add shortcuts I get the popup that asks me to enter the shortcut name and the URL which is the expected behavior.

Hi @DAtonyl, there was a recent issue reported with creating shortcuts in projects, and it's being worked on. The issue seems to be limited to Windows OS users.
