When in edit mode for a workflow I don't seem to be allowed to edit its name. Same applies to workflow schemes names. Am I missing something?

Is it possible to add information to a bunch of already existing issues in JIRA via .csv iimport? It seems that .csv import creates new issues instead of adding information.
