problem with email notification

Hello support.
We have an issue with one of our customers email.
I see that all the customers within the organization and domain receive the email notification, but not this one.
When i switch to standard xxxxxx.xxxxx.attlasian.net the customer do receive the notifications.

The problematic mail is siarhei.kraiko@bs2.lt.
I asked our domain support, they cant even see the email in siarhei.kraiko@bs2.lt email.

Could you please check on your side, is it everything ok with this email?
Thank you in advance.

I found there was a suppression on our side for that address. I have removed that suppression.  That address should be able to receive notifications from our Cloud services again now.

Thanks

Andy
