I want to have sns topics publish to jira so that we get those raised as a ticket and on our system for reporting. but when I use the jira support email address for our organization, there is no way I can see to confirm the sns subscription that AWS requires.
there is message in the email requests of our project settings saying 'failed' and 'sign up is not currently available'.
is there a way around this?
