is it possible to send an email to my project on Jira with all details in order to obtain a new ticket assigned ? If yes, there's some plugin that I've not found ?
Customer side : Can I send an email on some address ( on which address ? How can I obtain a Jira mail address? ) related to a project on Jira in order to open a new ticket ?
From company side : May I receive an email from customer that automatically open and assign a new ticket to me ?
