Email notifications are off until 14/Apr/22

You've sent the maximum number of notifications in 1 day for your plan. This limitation will be removed when you move to Standard/Premium (paid) plan after your evaluation period.

What does this message mean?

There is a limitation with the Free Jira Cloud tier that only 100 emails may be sent from Jira per day, as noted on this page:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan/

No additional emails will be sent from Jira until the next calendar day when the count of sent mails is reset to 0.

If you upgrade to a paid plan, that limitation is removed.

No, it looks as if something is no longer working or counting correctly. Maybe it's a software error because we currently have very few emails about it that is way under 100 also with answers.

Nevertheless, the message still appears and it seems that no emails are going through, only the opening of tickets.

Perhaps the technicians can take a look at this please. What would be the best way to report it?

Thanks in advance!

@MF

I see you have your own post already:

Look for answers there. Adding to a post that has an Accepted Answer from over 2 years ago is a less effective method for getting help. Only the original poster and people that responded or Watched the post will see your update.
