i have asked for support over a logging in issue and receive letters in my email asking for a sen but i was not issues any number and can not log in - how can this be resolved?

Can I ask..Have you already signed up? if not then please go ahead and sign up.

If you have already signed up and not able to login because of wrong credentials then you can 

select the cant log in option and provide you an email address for recovery password and click on send link.
