Hi, you've tagged several products so it's not clear which one are you having trouble with.

Can you specify:

  1. What product are you using?
  2. Is it Server or Cloud? If Server, which version?
  3. A screenshot of the error you're getting.

all too much demand of the projects are displaying correctly only this occurrence in question is presenting problems when loading.
When clicking on the occurrence it does not load and does not present errors.

2.pngInitially I thought it might have been deleted and for some reason I had a problem with delete, but at the bottom it's all right, I did not find any data inconsistencies.

You'll need to read the logs to see what the error is.  Start with the application log named in system info (generally should be <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log )

2017-10-23 15:41:39,294 http-bio-443-exec-564 ERROR admin 941x129525x19 2npkin /rest/api/2/reindex/issue [rest.v2.index.ReindexResource] Attempt to reindex issues [MECSPOTED-41] while another reindex task in progress.

single error presented attached to that issue

There should be a lot more than that.

the log contains a lot of other data, but when researching something related to this issue does not come any more besides, you need something specific of the log ?, because it is too big to post here

We need to see what the server is doing at the time you try this action.  Without the surrounding logs (from the time you click to the time you get the error message), all we can really tell you is that there's something wrong.

I tried to open it happened at nine o'clock, but he does not present any error regarding that issue

the error that is presenting is referring to a code in the scriptrunner that I am mounting and not the issue in question
