Is there a report template to track how much work the TA team did on a monthly basis, broken down by task?
Is there a report template to see what tasks TA team member Min-Sik Choi handled, and how much time he spent on each?
Is there a report template to track the time each team member spent on their respective tasks?
Hi MinSik Choi,
To track the work your team has done and analyze task-specific contributions, you might consider report that provide detailed insights. For instance:
Time Spent Report:
This type of report shows how many hours each team member logged on tasks within a specified period. The visualization includes a bar chart where the Y-axis represents hours spent, and the X-axis lists team members.
Clicking on a specific user’s bar reveals detailed information about the tasks they worked on and the time spent on each.
This report is available in Report Hub - Custom Charts, Reports & Timesheets for Jira.

Hope this helps!

Hi @MinSik Choi ,
Natively, unfortunately, it's not possible. You can use the app I have developed instead - Multi-team Scrum Metrics & Retrospective. It allows you to cover all your requests if you use sprints. You can track team members by constructing custom JQLs:

On the Screenshot #1, you can see the button to drill-down to sprint level from the same view.

You can even add several teams or track across not only months but also quarters, half-years, or years. Also, you can conduct retrospection in place.
Best regards,
Alexey

Hi MinSik - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You should be able to create a Dashboard to show that information. You can create a filter, save it and share it, then add a gadget to the Dashboard like Filter Results and use the filter you created.

No - you need to build the filter with the specifics you are looking for.
