Hey @Jardel Kenne

In Jira Service Management's Assets module, you can customize the icons for object types to visually represent different categories. However, the platform currently offers a predefined set of icons, and uploading custom images or icons isn't supported.

To modify the icon for an object type:

  1. Access Assets:

    • Navigate to the top navigation bar and select Assets.
  2. Select Object Schema:

    • Choose the relevant object schema from the list.
  3. Choose Object Type:

    • Select the object type you wish to modify.
  4. Modify Icon:

    • Click on the icon at the top-left corner in the object view.
    • In the configuration screen, under the General tab, select Icon.
    • Choose an icon from the available list.

For detailed instructions, refer to Atlassian's support documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/modify-the-icon-for-an-object-type/

While the current functionality doesn't allow for uploading custom icons, you can select from the existing set to best match your object types.
