Natively, none. There's no validation done on the "Log Work" feature in JIRA. Even though you can provide "Estimates" and by logging work the "Remaining" field will be adjusted, there will be no validations/conditions built around it.
There maybe add-ons that do this but you are using JIRA Cloud which have very limited add-ons.
