we would like to add a shortcut in the upper right help of jira. for instance a link to a document that would be our "personal" help for user of jira.

is it possible to configure this list inside the upper right question mark ?

Hi @ribas

If your wish is to add a new sections on the Customer Portal (or Help Center), it can be achieved by 3rd party app called Extension for Jira Service Management

It looks as follows:

Is there a feature are you looking for?

Of course, that's not the only feature this app covers, that's why I strongly encourage you to verify the Marketplace page and raise a request directly in case of any questions.

Hi @ribas Unfortunately, it is not feasible. but you can add an announcement banner.

the top header is not customizable. only we can add the banner. Still, you can raise a ticket with Atlassian if they can provide some solution for DC.
