I would like to inquire about the possibility of utilizing APIs from our ticket portal. Our goal is to integrate Jira via URL to enable API consumption, allowing a Service Manager in Jira to send notifications for case openings and ticket updates via API. Below are the specific requirements we are requesting:
SM - Jira Integration:
*Jira URL for API consumption
*Jira service account
*Review of Jira authentication method
*SM API operates over HTTP without a certificate
*Verification of Jira APIs operation
The objective is to enable a third-party Service Manager to view the tickets in our Jira portal and facilitate bidirectional API consumption. This way, if a ticket is opened in the Service Manager, it will be visible in our Jira portal, ensuring that both our team and the external service managers are aware of all opened tickets.
Thank you and best regards,
Hello @Soporte Megadvantage
Yes, most of those requirements are possible.
Hi David, thanks.
How can we configure or what do we need to do an integration since we have a free license and we do not know which license would work for this case.
regards
