is it possible to connect your Jira board to a web ticket? If I have read it correctly, you should do it with the help of Rest API. Has any of you ever done this?
Is possible integrate ONLY Jira "WebTicket" with other app, for example Azure DevOps? How is the cost estimated?
I want a website where my customers get the same user interface as I do when I create an issue. That then this issue which the customer has created automatically comes from the web ticket system into my jira board.
