If you are using Jira issue/filter macro then it might become very easy job. You just need to create one simple filter and apply on this macro. You may create a filter as below and select the required field to display (fields where the consumer details are stored).
project = "project name" AND issuetype = Story AND status = Closed
You can add/remove the fields as per your requirement and choose the field and values as per your instance.
Note: It is always good to create the filter in Jira first before applying it in Confluence.
