how to rename Summary in Issue Navigator?

I have succesfully renamed Summary to Title for the screen and searches, but when I go into issue summary (search issue), the check box still said Summary and not title. I dont know what else to change as I have change almost every "Summary" text field. DO I need to change the JSP as this look like a jsp hard code than a property file?

No, it's still in the file you've changed (as per https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/Customizing+Text ), but "summary" is used in several places, and you've probably missed one.
