how to fill custom field based on Organization field

Hello, I would like to automatically fill the custom field with contract number based on Organization field in JSM tickets posted by our customers. Any idea, how to do this?

You can do this by using automation.

Here are the exact steps:

1. Add a Field value changed trigger and listen for Organization field changes
2. Add an If/else block 
   1. Add Edit Issue Fields action to set your customfield based on Organization value

Thank you. I hoped there is possibility to fill some sort of mapping table, but it seems that this will be the only way how to do it.
