how to backup JIRA (cloud) hole site WITH attachments

I am looking for Script* that allow me to backup JIRA cloud Site Include attachments, avatars, and logos in the backup.

Target : have a weekly JIRA site backup

/!\ the output backup file extension  must be supported by JIRA in case of restore DATA.

i am open for any suggestion 

* i preffer powershell +API

The only way to get a full backup of a Jira Cloud system is to use the backup tools built into it - this is a click on a screen to kick off the the build and then a click to download the resulting file when it has finished.

The file extension is technically irrelevant, if you want to restore from the backup, you can feed the target Cloud system a file of any name.
