how to add custom field in project card?

Hi, is it possible to create custom fields in Jira work management Project card?

or some App that could do it?

i don't need to ad fields in task, but in Project card (i.e. Customer reference, due date, ...) in addition to standard fields (category)

Yes, you should be able to add fields to a an issue type (as it is called) in Work Management. How it's done depends on the type of project you are in: team managed or company managed.
