This is a custom field, so the field itself it in the customfield table and the values are inside customfieldvalue table.

And we can't give you the exact name, because it can vary between installations.

As Boris says, look in customfield, and you'll find the "Story Point" named field along with some information about how the field works.  In there, make note of the ID value, because you will need that to read the customfieldvalue table
