how can story points can be calculated automatically according to the sub-tasks effort estimation?

is it possible in some way that once the team inserts the time estimations to their sub-tasks that the story points (of the story) will get updated accordingly?

You need to find or write an add-on to provide the listener, or take advantage of something like the script-runner add-on which allows you to write code for listeners inside the JIRA UI.
