Hello,
We are a small company and currently have 2 Jira administrators.
I am searching a way, how standard users can find out , who are these admins.
Or a way in jira to contact the admins.
I haven't found anything about this yet.
There are two ways I’ve gone about this in the past:
1. Create a confluence page with a list of the users/emails/slack rooms related to each role. Eg you can list who the Jira Admins are. You could manually list and update each use, you could add them all to a special Jira Admin Team and just list the team (it will direct users to the team and/or expand the users in the team), or you could find an addon/macro that lets you list users in a group (i.e. list the users in the jira-admin group)
2. Create a JSM project where users can raise Jira Admin tickets, and have your admins use that within their communication workflow, or use automations to assign jira admins to the tickets raised.
Hope that helps!

Hello Kieren,
thank you for the fast reply.
I was probably thinking that it was a bit too complicated.
Of course, a support project would be one of the easiest ways to do that.
Thank you very much.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
On the top right of the page, beside the profile icon, you should see a gear icon with an option to contact your Jira admin.
However, your administrator might have turned off the contact form, and you can only find out who they are through the internal IT portal.
Thank you.
