I've prepared a new helpdesk customer portal. On the cusotmersite I've includet 3 posibilitys to ask your questions so that they doesn't need a help button. How can I swich off this button?
Navigate to your service desk project configuration, then People -> Customers. Click the padlock icon and make sure that Only people on my customer list can access my Customer Portal is selected.
