Hi @Dhanasekhar welcome to the Community!  There isn't a specific version of the Cloud that you can see directly from the application as the software is regularly being updated and changed.

I found this article regarding using an API to get the version and build number.

Perhaps a better question is, why do you need this?

The version of Cloud isn't really useful for something so perhaps if you can explain your use case we can provide better advice
