Hello @Zheng, Haoyu (BSH) 郑 皓予

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

What is the Type of your project? Find that information on the "View All Projects" page under the Projects menu.

If the Type of the project is Company-Managed, then you will have to work with a Jira Administrator to have the Issue Type Scheme changed.

If the Type of the project is Team-Managed, then you will have to work with a Project Administrator for your project to have the available issue types changed.

Thank you. It is Company-Managed, I will ask it to our Company Jira Administrator.
