hide the filed based on role on issue creation for the project

"Description" filed should dispaly on create issue screen and it is mandatory  for the project Role *developor* and *Admin*

 

Please let us know how we can achieve it

I guess it is not possible OOTB but you can probably us some scripting add-ons like Power Script or Script Runner.

One of the options is to use Live Fields
