Hi Team,

I have configured the 2 custom fieds context and fine on UI too. But hwen I try to make a FILETR uisng the ISSUE search, it shows below error warning for  my both custom fileds.

"FIELD Name - Field is not applicable for current project/or issue"

I have tried by referencing many documents ut says , if we set field context , it will work fine. unfortunately, even afetr all the confiduraitons, it is still shows above error message.

please help me to reslve this issue, it is urgent for my prior work.

Thank you,

Dev G

Hi

Are you able to use the field when in Advanced Filter instead of Basic?

Does your context include issue types and are they all available via the projects Issue Type Scheme?

Go the to Custom Fields page. For the entry for your field, is the project/issue types you are searching shown on the right hand side of the entry?

Is the field available on all the issue types you are searching?

Is it on view and edit screens. If not, use the "Where's my field?" helper to get further information.
