Hello Support,
we provide our Jira service desk to our customers, being able to log in and request support.
For one of these customers users we recently enabled him to be a guest in one confluence space of all4cloud. This went well.
I guess in Jira service desk and in confluence this user was registered with the same name and eMail address.
Now this customer user is complaining that Confluence access works well, but he is no longer able to access the service desk. The login to the service desk is refused from all4cloud.atlassian.net.
Isn't it allowed to be a guest and service desk user at the same time?
We have this problem too. Is there any solution or workaround now available?
We have the exact same issue and I would also like to know how to solve it.
