JIRA installation has failed due this com.atlassian.jira.jira-quick-edit-plugin how to solve this?

Whats in the logs? What did you actually do?

What is the error that you're getting on the log files? If it's a time-out error, please increase the plugin time-out period to 300 seconds by following the work-around proposed on the KB below.

I was configuring the license when I get the error at star up due to the plugin not being installed. DOes the DB need to be setup first?

I was trying to install this and received the same error. How do I solve this issue?
