can i get url links in the reports results those were added web-Url from more action?

for issue searching criteria how can add web-url field.

Since we are adding web-urls to issues from "More Action" option.

So we would like to serach issues based on added web-url links.

As far as I am aware, this is not possible to search for web URL links against issues.
