I've looked through the documentation, but can't find how to connect my team repos to Jira.  it sees my personal account repos fine.

Please help.

If you follow the documentation and start the association from the Bitbucket side you will associate the repos in your personal Bitbucket account.

However, if you start from the JIRA side (Applications > DVCS accounts) and click the big blue button "Link Bitbucket Cloud account" then the first page offers a drop down list containing your personal BB account and your team account. If you select the team (and I'm guessing you have all the required permissions) then upon finishing, the DVCS accounts page will show your team and all of its repos.
