Yeah, I know big JIRA. How big? It's the size of the Lucene index you want to watch

I would like to know which JIRA configuration use in other companies.
Now we use virtual server (20 CPU and 24Gb memory (16Gb for jvm)).

650000 issues and more 1000 projects

100-150 concurrent users and some time we have performance trouble.
