I'm using a company managed project board.
I've created a custom description field because we want to auto-populate a user story with specific language so users know what information to provide. I've created a work flow that auto-populates the built-in "description field" with what ever is in this custom description field upon creation of the user story. Everything works great. I actually used this as a guide Here
My only concern is when a user has to make changes to the information in the custom description field after the user story is created. Any updates post-creation is not auto populated in the description.
Is there a way to build in some type of automaton or workflow so that after a user story is created the built-in description field is auto-populated with updates made to the custom description field?
