approver doesn't get a notification email only once

How to setup the Service Desk that the approver gets a notification email only once - if they are set as an approver or the approver has changed? Now what is unnecessary for us is that approver receivs an email also every time the issue is commented while in status "in acceptance".

We don't need any other notification than the one to approve the ticket. If there is a need to follow the issue,  approver can watch the issue and in that case decides to receive all the updates.

 

Now we use this filter:

project = ABC AND type = "ToApprove" AND status = inAcceptance AND "approvers" in (currentUser()) AND issueFunction in commented("after -1h")
