adding insight field value to object

Hiii

I have some insight custom field and I want after the transition (for example open to in progress), add this values to the object that before I choose it (another insight custom field). What is your suggestion?  (if you suggest rest API, please give me an example)

I think you'll have better luck getting an answer if you rephrase a little bit.
I can't understand what you're asking.
