add text to a jira dashboard

Is there a good gadget to add text to a jira dashboard?All I want to do is add a simple paragraph alongside the jira gadgets when the user is browsing the dashboard.

Thank you. Definitely bare bones, but most basic text formatting is available. It also supports embedded links, images, and tables. Good enough for me.
