In the tests by Zephyr tool, I'm having to associate a subbug to one of the test execution steps. However, the bug associated with a Story, created by Jira Capture it is not found through the Zephyr tool. Has anyone encountered this problem and could help me? Thanks,

Question to help narrow down what is occurring (or something for you to check). The person that is trying to relate the existing bug to the test execution step; does the person have access to all the applications and/or projects the bug / story / test case are related to?
I have seen similar issues when team members can't see Stories due to they are stored in a project they don't have access to.
