Zephyr: How to add attachment to Test Case's Expected result

Is it possible to attach a picture to test case's Expected result?

So that when running the test case it would appear in the Test Execution view.

I know that it is possible to attach pictures in Test Execution but I need to add pictures to test case details to the Expected result.

We can add pictures to Test case, but these are not visible when executing the test, what are these used for?

After thinking this a bit more....

Pictures can be attached to the Test case itself and then copy the link to the Expected result.

Then when running the test case you can open the link and see the expected result picture, close it and continue testing, not a perfect solution but better than nothing                        

Better would be if the pictures could be embedded to the expected result so that it is visible there without opening a link
