I have an Account Mgmt / Support team that uses ZenDesk.
They submit tickets to Dev which works in Jira.
The integration is in place so comments and specified actions are seen by both tools.
The problem is that the Jira "Agent" names show up in Zendesk.
But the Zendesk user names do not show up in Jira. They all come across as either the default user, or if that is removed as Anonymous user.
1. Can the integration between Zendesk and Jira allow for this?
2. How do I implement it?
Yes. This is a huge problem for us too. Basically this makes the integration totally unusable for us.
