Zendesk Support for Jira cannot disconnect


I am facing an issue where I am trying to disconnect from an existing Zendesk Support URL link and when I press on the Disconnect button, nothing happens. Have tried to uninstall and install again twice, the old link is still there. Any suggestions?

I had the same issue but went into incognito mode on chrome and it worked.

Seems to be an issue with Safari. I had the exact same issue - did the same with Chrome and it worked. 

Machine : MacBook Pro. 

I had the same issue using Safari on a mac, ended up trying it on Chrome on mac and it worked.

Hi everyone. I am also seeing this issue. Trying to re-setup our Zendesk - Jira integration and it won't let me disconnect so I can input a new account. Will be reaching out to Zendesk support today. See what they say.

Did you guys get this fix? I am having the same problem.

I'm having the exact same issue. It doesn't seem to be working! Don't know where to check this from
