You just add one more line with jira.websudo.timeout = 30

Hello Dani,

You can refer to this documentation here for changes in this setting https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA060/Configuring+Secure+Administrator+Sessions

Since the temporary access is set by default to 10 min, I would advise you do the following:

  1. Go to The jira-config.properties file.

  2. Set the timeout for a longer period, like half an hour (=30) by adding the following line to the file: jira.websudo.timeout = 30You can set it for a longer period, which will remove this temporary limit.
  3. Restart JIRA.
  4. Enjoy
