You don't have permission to access this issue, in project view and Biggantt

I have added myself as jira admin, and administrator, and have set permission of the project to allow these groups to be able to see everything. When I am looking at the details of the task can see every but in the work breakdown structure it say "you do not have permission to access this issue"

* It is set on global permission 

*Everyone else in the group has permission to access the issue and is able to see it

This happens in the project sections which then doesn't allow me to look at this issue in Biggantt, where it tells me that I do not have permission to access this task"

Is there another set permissions that I need to add myself to?

make sure you've got all of this correct:

 and in your Atlassian Administration screen make sure the BigGantt system user is there

I've got the first part correct. 

When I try adding the BigGantt system user into the admin it say "System users product access cannot be removed"
