Xray: How do I add a Test to a Test Set through Jira Cloud API

I am creating a large amount of Test issues on Jira Cloud by importing Cucumber feature files using the following documentation:

Is it possible to add these Test issues to a new or existing Test Set issue in Jira Cloud using the API?

Note: There is a way to do this through Jira Server using the following documentation, but I cannot use the /raven endpoints - I assume this is because my company utilizes Jira Cloud and not Jira Server:

In Xray Cloud, you have the option available using a different API; it is the GraphQL API, and please check these documentation pages:
