Worklog comments across tasks report

Hello, 

We are looking for a way to add an option to Jira to extract worklog comments with time spent across different tasks for each user. 

The report we need should look similar to the one attached. 

Can you please advise if Jira Assistant would offer this functionality and if yes, could we export the report to Excel?
