Work Suggestion Unavailable in Jira-GitHub Integration

I want to enable the work suggestions feature in Jira. 

we are using GitHub + Jira and are connected by development-tools.

I am guessing the relations are connected by email. so I tried to adjust my GitHub email (primary email and public email) to the Jira account email.

After the above try. it is still not working.

ldai.atlassian.net and hello-backstage are for testing purposes

Welcome to our Community. It seems to be an issue with Work Suggestion feature currently. I've tried it before and it worked well.

After checking, I didn't find the work suggestion option under the Avatar -> Personal settings -> Jira labs. So, does that mean I didn't request the experimental feature from Jira?

BTW: Should every user request this feature? Because some of us here have work suggestion and some of us don't
