Why "change parent issue" is not able to selected when bulk edit subtasks

I want to bulk change parent issue for multiple issues. 

step 1, I search out all subtasks for one parent issue.

step 2, Click "bulk change"

step 3, select "edit issues"

steps 4, "change parent link" is not able to selected.

 

So, i want to know why.

...we have no plans to add this feature in JIRA in the near future. 

It's not a feature and there's no plan to add it. You may convert them to tasks and then back to sub-tasks under a parent issue since this feature was added in JIRA 7.0. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-13245

Thanks for your answer,but our Jira version is 6.4.4

And, we don't have upgrade plan at the moment.
