Why is there no login in my JIRA System Dashboard?
1. My JIRA version is data center and I just updated it from 10.0.1 to 10.3.1.
2. My service is servicedesk-10.3.1.
3. There was a login window in 10.0.1, but it disappeared after the update.
4. But I can still log in from the upper right corner.

I had the same problem updating jira data center from v9.12.15 to v10.3.2.

Welcome to the Community! What browser are you using? Can you please try with a different browser? I wonder if there is a compatibility problem with the one you're currently using. Are other users experiencing this? Do you know if the Jira admin may have changed to the System Dashboard page in the configuration?
