Why is the new created issue not be opened immediately after creating?
After creating a new issue JIRA is not showing the new issue - it shows me still the same screen.
There is just a "temporary-pop-up-hint" with information and a link about the new issue (look at the hardcopy).

How can a configurate, that the new created issue will be oppend immediatly?

This is actually a feature introduced in JIRA 5.0x, that makes the issue creation faster.
If you would like to have the previous behaviour, you could vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-28758 which also contains some workarounds to restore the issue creation behaviour from JIRA 4.4 which opens the view screen for the newly created issue.
