Why is it impossible to bulk edit to convert 'subtasks' into 'Task' issu type here?

Could you please explain why it is not possible to bulk edit and convert 'Subtasks' into 'Task' issue types ? I am trying to understand the limitations or restrictions that prevent this action. Are there specific system constraints or settings that we need to consider? Under dropdwn to change issue type, options are not coming..

Hi @Anu Issac ,

You can use Move Issues option  instead of Edit Issues option to change the issue type.

I found the answer by myself.

Here I selected issues from multiple projects & its impossible to change the Release version  as a bulk in that context. I made the filter from a single project & I could do the changes
